We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 3-5 working days. However, the length of time for delivery depends on the delivery service chosen at checkout; you can choose from the following:

Order Tracking
When you place an order with the Company of Animals online, you will receive an email confirming your order. Once you have received this email, we will then begin processing your order.
Once your order has been despatched we will notify you again by email. Orders can be cancelled prior to receiving this email.
If we expect any delays in processing your order, due to stock issues for example, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the problem.
If you have placed an order and not received it within the expected timeframe, please email us - office@companyofanimals.co.uk. Don’t forget to tell us your order number in your email so that we can respond to your query promptly.
