We do not send unsolicited email and only email those who have given us their email address.
Secure Payment Process
To enable you to make a safe and secure payment The Company of Animals uses the world renowned Barclaycard Business (ePDQ) online payment system. It is one of Europe's largest acquirers and processors of plastic card transactions, enabling business customers to accept and process credit, debit and charge card transactions online.
ePDQ is a secure online service for card payment authorisation and settlement. ePDQ automates and completes the transaction whilst securing the card details. When taking your payment details you will be redirected to the Barclaycard site for their secure payment service. Once they have taken your payment you will be passed back to the Company of Animals' site.
Payment will be deducted when your order is processed.

Cookies

Prices
All prices and charges on this site are shown in GB pounds sterling. Prices stated are inclusive of VAT at the current rate, but do not include delivery costs (please see “Delivery” for more details). The total cost of your order is the price of the products you have selected plus delivery charges. All costs and discounts will be set out clearly before you place your order.
All prices on this website are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our website may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, The Company of Animals Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.
VAT
VAT is charged at the current rate and is included in the prices displayed.
Cancellation Policy
Orders must be cancelled in writing by letter, fax, email or online at office@companyofanimals.co.uk.
For orders cancelled prior to despatch (received prior to email notification), a full refund will be given. Should you wish to cancel your order after despatch, please refer to our “returns” advice for full instructions.
Out of stock items
If an item is out of stock we will keep it on back order and despatch when available.
We will advise you if this will affect the anticipated delivery dates.
