Operations Administrator On a daily basis I maintain stock levels alongside Paul Nolan to ensure that we keep a lean level of stock in our warehouse by monitoring export and certain sales orders. I expedite and process purchase orders for the UK and US office and send to relevant suppliers. I keep in constant contact with the warehouse keeping them informed of shipments that are due in, and providing them with all relevant paperwork. Once products have come into our warehouse I will match deliveries to invoices and receipt the goods into stock. I inform the sales team and managers with reports on out of stocks, new product trackers, weekly shortages for key accounts, and month-end reports. I also create new stock lines, prices and deals on our system
