Jaeden Iddon

Jaeden Iddon

Group Operations Manager

Jaeden is responsible for group operations strategy along with day-to-day management of the department; including supply chain, procurement, warehousing and demand planning. Jaeden believes that accessibility of our product globally is paramount in providing a competitive solution to our customers, and now with distribution centres in UK, US and China, and dedicated operational resource spanning two continents, we offer a truly global solution. Aside from supply chain functions, Jaeden helps co-ordinate the business’ intellectual property and when not at his desk can often be found tinkering with all things IT at CoA! As a passionate dog owner, he naturally plays a large part in the new product development process for both own-brand and third party vendors, negotiating terms and pricing to ensure CoA’s innovative product portfolio remains at the forefront of the industry.

Jaeden demands that his team are dynamic and quick on their feet and would probably attribute his own prowess to his sprinting days; many moons ago he ran 100m and 200m at county level! He’s since hung up his running spikes and in his spare time now enjoys playing bass guitar.
