Dog Training

Why are we Surrey's No.1 Dog Training & Behaviour Centre?

**UPDATE 21/3/2020**

In line with the current situation surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak we have taken the extremely difficult decision to cancel classes until further notice.  This is not something we have taken lightly but the health and welfare of our clients and their dogs are our priority and as such we feel that this is the right decision to make.

We will still be on hand to take telephone calls and our trainers and behaviourists are available for Skype consultations, details of these can be found on the relevant pages;

Training - https://www.companyofanimals.co.uk/class/skype-training-consultation

Behaviour - https://www.companyofanimals.co.uk/class/skype-behaviour-consultations

We fully understand that your dog still needs training and stimulation during these difficult times and we would like to do all we can to help. Please join our Facebook page where we will post regular updates, training videos and things you can do with your dog, fun games or even tricks you can teach. Our page can be found by clicking on the following link; https://www.facebook.com/animalbehaviourcentre/

If you are currently attending or booked on a course due to start, you have been emailed and will be refunded for any classes that will not take place. We will contact you when we are in a position to offer classes again. If you are booked on a workshop the full amount will be refunded. We hope that you understand our decision.

Just to clarify; the farm is closed but the Animal Behaviour Team are still working hard behind the scenes to ensure we can help you through this difficult time with some free training videos, hints, tips and fun things to do with your dog safely.

We look forward to welcoming you back at classes when it is safe to do so but in the meantime, stay safe,

with our very best wishes,

Roger, Fiona, Karen, Sarah, Kelly & Noelle.

The Centre is based in Chertsey, Surrey on a 100 acre working farm; home to a herd of pedigree South Devon cattle, horses, our hand reared 'dog savvy' sheep and the ever popular llamas!

With over 40 years experience of training dogs, our knowledge is unbeatable.

Extensive indoor and outdoor training facilities at our Centre

Experienced and qualified trainers.

Modern, reward based dog training methods.

Small class sizes (max. 8 dogs per class).

Training Assistants help provide a higher quality of training.

As of October 1st 2018 it is mandatory that all puppies are microchipped and registered by 8 weeks old. All puppies before being sold have to be microchipped and registered to a reputable chip company.

We encourage you to bring your family including children to your class, however please bear in mind that training takes place outdoors on a working farm so may may not be suitable for very young children or for those who dislike cows or the rain.....

Over 1500 dogs and owners every year can't be wrong!

If you are not sure which class would be the most appropriate, please feel free to give our friendly Animal Behaviour Centre team a call who will be happy to advise you.
